No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.
Failure to notify the clinic before this time frame will result in a $50 non transferable fee.
All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, any appointment cancellations before the 24 hour notice period are kept on your account as a credit for future bookings.
Please understand that our appointments are in high demand and you are securing the time of a medical professional.

Please note your treatment will be declined for the following reasons:
– If you are under the age of 18
– If you are planning, currently pregnant or breastfeeding
– If you are sick or unwell
– If you are travelling internationally within 2 weeks of treatment
– If you have an active cold sore in the treatment area

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously.

For the safety of our clients, we maintain records of any health or medical conditions & treatments which may indicate that a particular service or treatment should not go ahead (eg allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions) or a particular product should not be used (eg products containing nuts, fish oils etc).

These health records are not used for any other purpose.
Client records are held securely within our clinic software.
